Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions (Newborn Studio)

The Sandra Lee Photography Gift Certificate for newborn photography (Studio Sessions) "The Experience" comprises the following:

  • A pre consultation - where we discuss colours, props and who will be included in your session (phone or in person)
  • An in studio newborn session - we don't rush these sessions and allow time for feeding, changing and settling your baby (2-3hrs)
  • Family photos - parents with newborn
  • Use of our props, wraps, backdrops, blankets, headbands etc
  • A design and purchasing consultation - this is where you come back to the studio to view your images and place your order

The following terms and conditions relate to all Gift Certificates (GC) issued from July, 2020.

1. Gift Certificate Purchase

  • Your GC can be purchased online or or via telephone via credit card

2. Using Your Gift Certificate

  • Your GC can only be used for a Studio newborn photography session (Studio sessions are conducted at Shop 2/12 High Street, Mansfield)
  • "Newborns" for the purpose of Newborn Photography are defined as within 14 days of birth OR within 14 days of their due date however at the photographers discretion this timeframe may be extended
  • Your GC includes the above described newborn experience.
  • Vouchers may be purchased above the GC face value of $125 - the balance of which can be used for product purchased from the session
  • The GC is not redeemable for cash
  • No change will be given for any remaining GC value that is not used at the time of the purchasing appointment.
  • If you are unable to use the GC it may be transferred to another person

3. Expiry of Gift Certificates

  • Newborn Photography GC's are valid for 12 months (exemptions from the 36 month redemption period apply)
  • GC's must be registered before used and used by the expiry date on the card
  • Extensions may be granted on a case by case basis. Application to be made in writing to sandraleephotography@bigpond.com.au

4. Intellectual Property

  • By booking a newborn session with Sandra Lee Photography, you acknowledge on behalf of all participants that Sandra Lee Photography owns the copyright to all images created.
