Tash and Tom's Wedding - Mafeking Rover Park, Caveat
I first met Tash and Tom over 12 months prior to their wedding date. They took advantage of our complimentary engagement photo shoot that was held at High Country Maze in Goughs Bay.
I soon realised that capturing Tash and Tom's wedding day was going to be lots of fun and full of surprises.
Official Wedding Ceremony
Family is very important to Tom and Tash and with the location of their wedding being difficult for older family members to attend they held their "official' wedding the week prior in Melbourne in front of grandparents and close family along with their bridal party.
Tash surprised Tom when Steve (one of his groomsmen) travelled to Australia early to be a part of the offical ceremony.

Groom Getting Ready
Tom got ready with his groomsmen at the Mafeking Rover Park in Caveat. The Park is like a second home to Tash and Tom having first met there, spending lot of time there and being on the committee.
Bride Getting Ready
Tash got ready at her parents place before heading to the pondage at Eildon where her grandparents got to see her in her gown before heading to Amelia Rise Donkeys for the 'first look'.
First Look - Amelia's Donkey Farm - Terip Terip
When Tash told me that she had arranged to have her first look at Amelia Rise Donkeys I was so excited! I just love weddings that don't fit to a formula - couples who spend their day doing what is important to them and besides these little guys are just so cute xx
In keeping with doing things a bit differently and with a bit of humour, Tash's Bride's Man of Honour stood in her place for the first look. With bridal party looking on, a tattooed and hairy backed Dylan, tapped Tom on the shoulder. A bit shocked Tom's reaction was a little subdued but there was no mistaking his reaction to seeing his real bride when it was time for her first look.
Ceremony
Reception
Love the tradition of not only the bride and grooms first dance but also that of mother and son and father and daughter dances.
This marquee came alive after dark! If you are considering a marquee wedding have a think about how it can be lit as lighting turns a plain white wall into something magical.
Congratulations Tash and Tom and thank you for allowing me to share in your journey over the past twelve months xx
